Hotel Horset Opera, Best Western Premier Collection Paris

Great location, close to popular attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our bags and use the bathroom before check-in. The rooms had a charming and Parisian feel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The wifi worked well.

The room was very small, a bit disappointing. The lobby could use some more charm to make it more inviting.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Horset Opera, Best Western Premier Collection. The location was superb, just minutes away from the Garnier Opera House and other iconic attractions. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making our experience all the more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly service.

A classic hotel, my first choice in Paris. Plenty of supplies in the room: central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk.

Had restful 3 days here thanks to its very good location and staff. I was offered an adequate breakfast with plenty of choice. Also, I enjoyed how best possible the location was.

The venue is pretty standard, food is outstanding, prime location right in a lovely part of Paris within walking or cycling distance to all the sites.

the tap water had a strange taste. But these were just minor inconveniences and didn't overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, tucked away in a back alley just off the Opera within the city center. It was so convenient to take buses or the metro whenever we needed to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with local information and even helping us reprint our boarding pass when we lost it. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, and even air conditioning that actually worked! We were also pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the breakfast selection, and the staff ensured that everything was kept clean and replenished.

It's tucked away in a back alley just off the Opera, making it conveniently located near the Opera. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel bar was a great place to relax and the staff there were attentive and welcoming. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
